Rain, Blackout Collide: No Game for the Bad News

An unfavorable forecast and a series of blackouts spanning from the Upper East Side on down to Union Square have led the Commish to cancel the Bad News' regularly scheduled game this evening. Which means the squad will have to wait until the playoffs next week to bounce back in a big way from its recent defeat.

Though, sadly, a decent version of Marcia Griffiths' "The Electric Boogie" was nowhere to be found on YouTube, luckily there are plenty of videos out there with a rain theme to post.

Next game: Monday, July 2, 7:10 p.m., at the Coleman Oval. The Bad News takes on Innovation in the first round of the single-elimination playoffs.
